Marco is an Italian jazz pianist based in Brussels, active throughout the Belgian and Italian jazz scenes as a performer, collaborator, composer, and educator. His work combines a deep respect for the jazz tradition with a contemporary musical voice, bringing together lyrical expression, improvisation, and original compositions.
Over the years, Marco has performed at festivals and concert venues including Brussels Jazz Weekend, Klarafestival, JazzAscona, Tolentino Jazz, SanGiò Jazz, Teate Winter Fest, and Nuoro Jazz. He has collaborated with acclaimed musicians such as Peter Hertmans, Fabrice Alleman, Maurizio Giammarco, Eliott Knuets, and Stéphane Chausse, appearing in a wide range of ensembles.
In 2024, he recorded Spellbound with the Attilio Sepe Quartet and in 2026 he recorded Where Gold Breaks with the Attilio Sepe Group, both released by WOW Records.
Whether leading his own projects or contributing as a sideman, Marco is committed to creating music that is expressive, collaborative, and rooted in the spirit of improvisation. Through performance, composition, and teaching, he continues to develop a distinctive artistic voice while engaging with audiences across Europe.
